Celebrate Yourself!
Do you take
time to acknowledge yourself and the good things you do, or do you
just move on to the next task?
We know
positive reinforcement works - with dogs, children, husbands, sports
and work teams.
But how sad
that we don't use it often enough for ourselves. We're so busy
trying to get everything done, to uncover what's not working rather
than stopping periodically to give ourselves credit for our wins.
That's the
problem with being such a task oriented society. There's no time and
no room for celebrating the little miracles. It's no wonder we so
frequently find ourselves feeling depleted and drained of energy.
But it doesn't have to be that way, we can stop and refuel our
selves by celebrating our little victories.
This week, why
not take note of your own recent "wins." Experience those good
feelings as you let it all in - and celebrate yourself!

the Force Be With You,

In This Issue:
Smoke
Gets In Your Eyes
You asked for it, and I listened. Even though my passion is holistic skin care, so many of
you have asked me for my beauty secrets to a sexy smoky eye.
To that end, I have decided to
customize a Classic Smokey Eye Pallet using lush mineral makeup eye
shadows.
These are the rich and
dimensional colors that I personally use everyday, and can be
adapted to anyone's style. I would be glad to show you how you can
create a soft day look, or be an all out vamp for evening!
I will also explain how using
the right brushes will help give you that classic soft, smoky, and
polished look you are looking for. |
