Don't
Worry - Be Thankful!
With all the
bad news in the media, it is easy to catch the fear virus. Do your
best to avoid that, because fear is indeed contagious.
To paraphrase
the bubbly Bobby Mcferrin song - Don't Worry, be thankful. Keep your
focus every day on what you are grateful for, what you want to
create in your life, and how you want your business to be.
In every
recession there are companies and individuals who thrive, because
they are positive, creative and resourceful. The attitude of
gratitude strengthens your system and helps keep the fear virus at
bay. Be one of those people and see what good things and
opportunities start flowing your way.
Have a joyful Thanksgiving,

Prepare For Winter – Skin Care Tips..
- Cleanse twice daily.
Your morning cleansing removes waste excreted during your skin's
nightly self cleansing process. An evening cleansing ensures
removal of dirt, pollution and makeup.
- Toning is an important
step. It
prevents dehydration from tap water, as well as removing chlorine
and other nasty chemicals that contribute to skin aging.
- Do not smother your
skin with moisturizer.
The correct formula is one that balances water and oil levels in
your skin. Skin should feel comfortable -- not tight or overly lubricated.
- Feed your skin. Be sure you get
enough essential fatty acids (EFAs) or your skin can become dull
and dry. If your skin is acne prone, avoid iodized salt and sodium
heavy foods. Cystic acne can be aggravated by dairy.
- Avoid friction and excessive heat. Over stimulation
from scrubs and hot water is a prime cause of dilated capillaries
on the face, dehydration and flaky skin.
