Reveal the
real you!
No one else is exactly like you.
As a unique individual, expressing yourself in an authentic way
externally is crucial to your success. Knowing what you would like
to communicate and how best to represent yourself can help you to
reveal yourself more accurately.
- First define yourself.
When you walk into a room, how do you want people to perceive
you? Select 10-12 adjectives that communicate who you are and who
you aspire to be.
- Come up with a complete list
that conveys your personality, post it on a mirror where you
can see it everyday until it becomes a part of your daily life.
Once you feel aligned with your list, your aspirations can become
a reality.
- Be congruent with your
inner and outer images. Select clothing, relationships, and an
environment that can be described by your adjectives.
- Use your adjectives to
weed out the clothing in your closet that does not fit your
descriptions. When making new purchases, remember to have them
represent your list.
- Set boundaries and
surround yourself with people who support you in your goal of
being true to yourself.
- Feed your spirit by
making time to take care of yourself with facials and massages.
Get involved in hobbies, classes and other interests that make you
happy.

By now you've heard many of the health benefits of soy -- but did

Dressing:
2 tbs sugar
2 tbs minced shallots

1 tsp dry mustard
1-2 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
Salad:
3 cups Clementine or oranges cut in pieces
3 cups torn romaine
3 cups torn leaf lettuce
3 cups baby spinach
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup feta cheese
Mix dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well. Combine salad
ingredients in a LARGE bowl and toss together with dressing.
Serves 6 generously. |
