                                    Spring Clean Your Body!

In the winter we tend to drink more coffee and tea to keep warm. We also may have put on a few extra pounds from eating the heavier winter foods we use to fortify ourselves against the cold weather.

Spring is the perfect time to reassess your eating habits and recommit to getting more of the fruits and vegetables our bodies seem to crave this time of year.

While you may have responded to overload by streamlining your calendar and de-cluttering your closets, have you ever thought about doing the same thing for your body?

For those who would like nutritional assessment and detox support, I would highly recommend you contact Dr, Devorah Feinbloom at www.drdevorahfeinbloom.com. Dr. Feinbloom is extremely gifted, and passionate about helping people heal at their deepest level, and does so with loving kindness.

Wishing you a Joyful Spring,  Beth Ann

You Won't Believe Your Eyes!

Have you heard that spas are now charging $250 for eyelash extensions? Now you can create your own natural ones at home.

I have always had short eyelashes and have tried every mascara on the market that promises to give me the look I always envy on those who are more "well endowed."

Well, after two months of testing, I am pleased to share an amazing new formula that actually grows your lashes!

Age Intervention Eyelash treatment is a hair stimulator and also effective for women who find their lashes or brows have diminished over time.

You will experience longer, thicker, and darker lashes. Because of this, many women find they no longer need mascara – though naturally, I like to show them off!

1 tsp. Cumin
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Turmeric
1 cup vegetable broth
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup dried currants
1 tomato diced
salt to taste
3 tbs. Chopped parsley

In a saucepan, cook the onion in the oil till softened.
Add the cumin, cinnamon and turmeric; cook and stir for about 30 seconds.
Add the quinoa; cook and stir for about one minute.
Add the broth, water. currants, tomatoes and salt; cover and simmer for 15 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
Remove pan from the heat; allow mixture to stand covered for about 5 minutes.
Add the parsley.
